Cancellation & Return Policy :

 Policy for Medico Express Payment, Returns, and Refunds

 This Payment, Returns and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions on which we, Medico Express (collectively, "Medico Express," "Company" , "we", "us" or "our"), will process payments and refunds for transactions made through your use of the mobile application or the website (collectively, the "Medico Express," while taking advantage of services (detailed in the Terms and Conditions available at") made available to you by the Medicoexpress.

 Payment

 For making payments to use any of the Services over the Medico Express or to purchase any items listed for sale on the Medico Express ("Fees"), you may use any payment service, including UPI, internet banking, debit cards, or credit cards. Once you proceed to pay the Fees, you will be forwarded to our payment aggregation partners ("Payment Aggregator"). After being redirected to the Payment Aggregator, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy set forth by the Payment Aggregator as the foundation for the transaction. As stated in our privacy statement, we will share your information with the Payment Aggregator, who will handle it in accordance with their privacy statement.

 If you provide AHEL with incorrect or incomplete information (including information pertaining to a credit card or debit card), use a credit card or debit card that is not legally yours, or allow a third party to access your bank account, credit card, or debit card using your password or another method, AHEL will not be held responsible in any way. You must use the payment methods at your own risk and discretion; neither you nor our Payment Aggregator will be monitoring how you use any payment channel.

 Any card number, account number, group of cards, or transaction from a particular blocked or blacklisted customer card, account, group of IP addresses, device, or geographic location may be blocked by our Payment Aggregator if deemed appropriate.

 Our Payment Aggregator and banks reserve the right to refuse payments with respect to any order, including those involving illegitimate transactions, potential or actual fraud, suspicious activity, problems with card authentication and authorization, overpayments made as a result of mathematical errors, and other problems.

 The financial information mentioned in the Medico Express Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy) shall be kept private by AHEL at all times, and it shall not be used or shared with any third parties unless you have given your consent and/or it is required by law, regulation, or court order.

 If a bank, payment gateway, payment aggregator, or other relevant third party declines your request for payment of the fees for any reason, including but not limited to risk management, suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or dubious transactions, use of a blacklisted or barred card, or in accordance with applicable laws, rules, or regulations, or any instructions from (or contained in) any guidelines or instructions by, AHEL will not be held responsible.

Particular Payment Method

Please be aware that you must adhere to the terms and conditions that are specific to the payment method you choose to use at all times.

Our Payment Aggregator offers QR codes.

By correctly scanning the QR Code with any of the payment apps you have on hand and entering the correct amount, you can make payments using UPI or a valid card.

Your data will be processed in accordance with the applicable privacy policies and terms of the payment aggregation partner, which you should abide by, as appropriate.

Order cancellation and product returns

Every time a customer places an order, we work hard to deliver the proper medications or items in the proper/undamaged condition. We urge you to examine the condition of the delivered goods when they are delivered and let us know if there are any discrepancies.

You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to submit a return request if your order qualifies. The Medico Express team examines all returns to determine their eligibility, and any refund is subject to inspection and verification. Once a product has been used in whole or in part, it cannot be returned if it is damaged.

Only the following situations will result in an item being returnable.

Products are delivered more than 48 hours after the estimated delivery date that was disclosed to the customer when the order was placed.

 The delivered product(s) do not match the order: This would apply to products that weren't what the customer ordered.

 The product(s) was/were delivered damaged/broken.

 Products are different from what is described on the product page or are missing accessories or parts.

 Products are returned in their original packaging, including all labels, price tags, barcodes, and serial numbers.

 The product(s) being returned have the same batch number as those listed on the invoice.

 Unused product(s), medication(s), or bottle(s). No returns are accepted for medicine strips or bottles that have been opened.

 The damages/defects are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

 Note:Replacement of product(s)/order is not supported as of now. For such cases, you will need to return the items and refund will be issued post verification. No return is possible for damaged goods beyond 48 hours of delivery.

 Any wearable (COPD vest, bandages, bandage, knee caps) and any item (solid, gel, aerosol) which may have been partially used

 You are urged to get in touch with customer service if any of these items arrive damaged so that a refund can be processed after verification. We might request images or video for verification.

 Prior to the products being shipped for delivery, you have the option to cancel an order for those products that you ordered, or you can ask for returns for those same products using the procedure outlined above. In each situation, you have the option to request a refund using the Medico Express, as detailed in the section below on refunds.

 Retractions made by Medico Express

 We might have to cancel some orders because we are unable to accept them. We reserve the right to reject or revoke any order for any reason at our sole discretion.

 Some circumstances that might cause your order to be cancelled include

 restrictions on the number of units that can be purchased

 product or pricing information that is inaccurate or mistaken

 issues found by our credit and fraud prevention department

 Before accepting any order, we might also need more proof or information. If all or any part of your order is cancelled or if more information is needed to accept your order, we will get in touch with you. If you decide to cancel your order after your account has been charged, the money will be returned to your account in the manner described in the section below on refunds.

 If we receive a notice of cancellation and the order has not yet been shipped by us, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund in accordance with the terms outlined in the section below on refunds.

 According to this policy, we will not be able to cancel any orders that we have already shipped. The customer consents not to contest Medico Express's choice and to accept its decision regarding the cancellation.

 Refunds

 Except for cash payments made using the Pay on Delivery mode of payment, refunds for all valid returns or cancellations are processed using the original payment method.

 In connection with the sale of a card, there will be no cash refunds given.

 Refunds cannot be processed to accounts owned by third parties. Your bank account holder's name should coincide with the name on your Medico Express account.

 Refunds will only be given in response to legitimate, traceable cancellation or return requests that you initiate by selecting the cancellation button on the user dashboard for the App in your Medico Express account. Refund requests based on delays, the type of advice received, the effectiveness of treatment, or the results of the consultation on one's health will not be considered.

 Except in certain circumstances that will be decided at the sole discretion of Medico Express, no refund request in relation to cancelled or returned orders will be processed if raised by the customer after a period of 6 months from the date of cancellation or date of return.

 Before AHEL bills you for your initial payment of the Fees or for subsequent payments of the Fees, it reserves the right to change the pricing structure or implement a new one.

 Refund Schedules

 After the return has been received and verified by Medico Express, the time frame for various payment methods is typically 5-7 business days.

 Timelines for refunds are determined by RBI regulations and bank turnaround times. This could occasionally alter. Business days are defined as the days that the corporate office of Medico Express is open for business. Refund times may vary due to the COVID-19-related reduction in bank staff.

 Pay on Delivery orders can have refunds processed to your bank account via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) or you may get "health credits" in the same amount, which you can use to buy more products and services from Medico Express. There won't be a cash reimbursement.

 You must update the following information in order for us to process refunds to your account in NEFT form.

 Any delays in refunds caused by third party affiliates (including banks), customer information delays, technical difficulties, or other causes outside of Medico Express's control will not subject the company to liability.
