Tofe Tablets 10's are part of a class of drugs called Janus kinase inhibitors that are used to treat ulcerative colitis, rheumatoid arthritis, and psoriatic arthritis. Rheumatoid arthritis is an auto-immune condition in which the immune system of the body destroys its own tissue, causing discomfort and damage to the joints. An inflammatory disease of the joints, psoriatic arthritis is frequently linked to psoriasis. An inflammatory condition affecting the large intestine is ulcerative colitis. Tofacitinib, an ingredient in Tofe Tablet 10, reduces inflammation and other rheumatoid and psoriatic arthritis symptoms by blocking the Janus kinase enzyme. You might occasionally encounter typical side effects such nausea, vomiting, headache, upper respiratory infection, diarrhoea, and cold.
