Acute musculoskeletal pain is discomfort felt in a specific area of the body and thought to be caused by nearby muscles, joints, or bones. Pain resulting from severe local causes, such as fractures, tumours, or infections, as well as general and neurological causes, is not included in the definition. Tolperisone, a muscle relaxant, is found in Tolkem Tablet 10's. It relieves contraction or muscle stiffness without reducing muscle strength by acting on brain areas and the spinal cord.
