PAN MPS O Sugar Free Suspension 200 ml is an antacid that is used to treat acidity, heartburn, indigestion, gastritis (stomach inflammation), and stomach upset. A mucous layer usually protects the stomach from acid. In some cases, excessive acid production erodes the mucous layer, resulting in complications such as acidity and heartburn. It contains the following ingredients: dried aluminium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, activated dimethicone, and oxetacaine. Excess stomach acid is neutralised by dried aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide.
