Take off the inhaler's mouthpiece cap.Insert the inhaler into the Transpacer VM device's back end after giving it a good shake.Release the dose into the inhaler spacer by pressing the canister.Remove the Transpacer VM device's cap.To make a good seal, exhale and tightly seal your lips around the mouthpiece.Inhale slowly and deeply through your mouth.Removing the inhaler spacer from your lips will allow you to hold your breath for up to 30 seconds comfortably.
