WIKORYL 10 TABLET contains the active ingredients chlorpheniramine, paracetamol, and phenylephrine, which are classified as antihistamines, analgesics, and nasal decongestants, respectively. It is used to treat hay fever, the common cold, and other upper respiratory allergens, such as headache, facial congestion and pressure, nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, mild aches and pains, itching of the nose, throat, or eyes, and watery eyes.
